Overview
The historic in-town neighborhoods of Mechanicsville, Pittsburgh, Peoplestown and Summerhill as well as the surface parking lots around Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves compose the Turner Field Stadium Area emerging market. The primary development incentive in this area is a tax allocation district, or TAD, encompassing about 370 acres.
