The Atlanta Development Authority (ADA) has a variety of tools it its toolkit to support development and business growth in the City's of Atlanta including; tax increment financing (know as TADs in Georgia), Urban Enterprise Zones, 501(c)3 bonds, multifamily tax exempt bonds, and small business loans, to name a few. To find out if your property is eligible for New Markets Tax Credits, you'll first need to find out in which census tract your property is located. To do this, enter your property address here and the US Census will identify the census tract.
If your census tract is on the list of eligible census tracts, then your property is located within an eligible area.
