Incentive Toolkit

The Atlanta Development Authority (ADA) has a variety of tools it its toolkit to support development and business growth in the City's of Atlanta including; tax increment financing (know as TADs in Georgia), Urban Enterprise Zones, 501(c)3 bonds, multifamily tax exempt bonds, and small business loans, to name a few.
