Tyrone Rachal, President, Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc.
Mr. Rachal has the responsibility of managing ADA’s controlling entity interest as President of Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc. Mr.
Rachal leads all equity investor and leverage fund discussions in Qualified Equity Investment transactions and serves as transaction
manager for community investments in highly distressed low-income census tracts.
A former developer and investment banker, Mr. Rachal is a graduate of Dartmouth College with degrees in Economics and Government,
as well as the University of Chicago Law School and Graduate School of Business, where he received his Juris Doctor and
Master of Business Administration degrees, respectively.

Dale Royal, Vice President, Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc.
As Vice President of Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc., Mr. Royal is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the community
development entity. He manages relationships with investors, board members, and project sponsors to identify community
investment opportunities. He implements the underwriting, loan closing and compliance process for all NMTC transactions.
Mr. Royal has over 20 years of experience managing public/private partnerships to fund commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing
and public transit developments. Mr. Royal is a graduate of University of California at Irvine with a degree in Economics, as
well as Duke University where he received a Master’s degree in Public Policy.
